This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the strategic sourcing, contract management, and procurement departments.
• Influence business partners within a dynamic, matrixed environment to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Evaluate and deploy suitable contracting tools and software solutions.
• Implement a strategy for sourcing and vendor consolidation to effectively manage supplier expenditures across corporate and operational contracts.
• Formulate and execute a plan to transform and optimize strategic sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes.
• Enhance efficiency and minimize friction through process improvements.
• Carry out long-term vendor consolidation aimed at operational and strategic alignment, vendor value, spend optimization, and cost reduction.
• Investigate, evaluate, and integrate contracting enhancement tools such as repositories, progress tracking, dashboards, contract abstracting, pricing evaluations, and predictive workloads.
• Collaborate with vendor management, vendor performance, finance, legal, and operational teams on automated solutions, integrations, and enterprise vendor strategies.
• Lead and work alongside the enterprise-wide vendor risk management program, reporting outcomes to committees and the vendor board.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract templates and oversee the development and execution of standards, controls, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and mentor direct reports on process and system enhancements.
• Manage the department's budget, staffing, performance, and development efforts.
• Exhibit Prime’s leadership expectations with direct reports, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in sourcing, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 12 years of progressive experience in leading and managing diverse teams in sourcing, finance, systems management, etc.
• 8 years of experience in leadership and people management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong comprehension of contracting management practices and tools.
• Experience in assessing, developing future state recommendations, and implementing ERP and reporting systems.
• Ability to establish rapport, build relationships, and collaborate effectively across departments and at all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities to drive change successfully.
• Proven track record of inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives with exceptional results.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and consultative abilities.
• Proficient in simplifying complex concepts or situations into clear and persuasive communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A Master’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience with contracting management tools such as Cobblestone, DocuSign, Salesforce, etc.
• Must adhere to security responsibilities and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
