Interim Management Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead value creation initiatives across various portfolios by designing and implementing high-impact transformation and turnaround strategies.

• Emphasize Interim Management by placing experienced executives in underperforming portfolio companies to stabilize operations, restore performance standards, and enhance EBITDA and cash flow.

• Identify root-cause challenges and execute swift operational and organizational solutions.

• Assist companies during critical turnaround phases, profit restoration, and preparation for exit.

• Build trusted partnerships with deal teams and C-suite executives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure measurable, sustainable outcomes that increase enterprise value.

• Promote thought leadership, grow the private equity practice, and mentor rising talent within the firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.

• Over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, consulting, operational transformation, turnaround, or restructuring.

• A robust background in manufacturing and industrial operations.

• Demonstrated capability in business development and revenue generation.

• A well-established network of relationships within private equity and executive circles.

• Extensive expertise in private equity portfolio operations.

• Proven experience with operational turnarounds and transformations.

• Prior experience in Interim Management practice is essential.
