Interim Associate GDCM Deployment PEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Diagnose problems and provide technical support.

• Conduct training and support for hotel operations, either remotely or on-site.

• Develop and set up system databases.

• Install hardware and establish interfaces.

• Transition hotels from outdated PMS to PEP, guaranteeing complete data transfer.

• Assist in training new team members by guiding them through project elements and task execution.

• Coordinate with Managers and Senior Associates to facilitate migration projects.

• Work together with internal and external support teams to address system challenges.

• Engage in various phases of remote and on-site PEP deployment, which encompass communication, configuration, database creation, data migration, interface testing, training, and support for hotel operations (including Front Desk, Night Audit, Management, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping).

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in Technology or a similar field such as hotel operations.

• Experience with Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems.

• Familiarity with Hilton's PMS, CRS, and their interfaces.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Proven track record as a successful systems installer.

• Background in troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems.

• Bilingual capabilities.
