Interactive Chat Frontends for AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop interactive chat interfaces for AI applications, taking them from initial prototypes to fully functional frontends for practical use cases that we provide.

• Throughout this process, you will assess existing chat frameworks to evaluate their effectiveness in supporting user experience and identify their limitations.

• You will acquire knowledge across multiple domains, including frontend development using React and contemporary chat UI frameworks.

• You will explore agent frameworks, such as the OpenAI Agents SDK.

• You will integrate streaming, tool calls, and generative UI with a backend system.

• Most importantly, you will witness how an agent transforms into a product that users can genuinely engage with.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in computer science, media informatics, software engineering, or a related field and have a keen interest in subjects such as:

• React & TypeScript.

• Chat frameworks.

• Agent frameworks & LLM applications.

• Streaming, APIs, and the interface between frontend and backend.

• Prior knowledge of all topics is not a requirement; what is essential is your curiosity and willingness to experiment.
