This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and implement intelligent automation solutions utilizing automation, workflow orchestration, and AI frameworks to enhance healthcare operations (such as revenue cycle, supply chain, patient access, and clinical administration).
• Integrate automation solutions with EHRs, clinical systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications, ensuring secure management of PHI/PII in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Provide technical expertise during requirements sessions; clarify requirements, implement changes, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor, support, and optimize production automations; troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to incorporate machine learning, advanced analytics, or custom AI agents into workflows as dictated by business needs.
• Actively identify opportunities for the integration of existing COH AI platforms (e.g., HopeLLM).
• Contribute to the development of automation standards, best practices, documentation, reusable components, and knowledge sharing within the automation and healthcare technology community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
• 3+ years of experience in process automation, software engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in designing and supporting production automation, software, and/or AI solutions within regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AI and Automation Platforms (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry).
• Programming experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, C++, or similar languages).
• Experience in API development and consumption (REST, authentication, secret/key vault management, etc.).
• Familiarity with RPA and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or equivalent).
• Understanding of Generative AI capabilities and foundational models; experience with prompt engineering and basic LLM workflows.
• Cloud experience (preferably Azure) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
