Automation Developer, Workday Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the identification, design, development, testing, delivery, maintenance, and support of automation solutions.

• Utilize software development skills, including proficiency in .NET with C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, API Development/Integration, and Microservices.

• Create and implement AI-driven automation solutions that integrate with Workday to enhance business process efficiency.

• Regularly monitor deployed solutions to guarantee optimal performance, identify areas for continuous improvement, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

• Execute tasks following Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Act as a trusted advisor on automation by providing objective, practical insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external business and technology teams and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.

• Manage multiple projects at once to achieve both immediate wins and sustainable long-term automation solutions.

• Extensive experience in creating and deploying solutions utilizing several of the following technologies: .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, HTML.

• Comprehensive familiarity with tools and platforms such as Azure Cloud, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio, MS SQL Server, Docker, Postman, and Swagger.

• Strong skills in Web and Application Development (both Frontend & Backend), REST API development and integration, as well as Microservices development and integration.

• Ability to interpret various SDKs from their documentation and translate that understanding into successfully executed development tasks.

• In-depth expertise in secure authentication protocols and tools including Okta, JWT, OAuth, SAML, and MFA.

• Proficient in application and audit logging, unit testing, and related areas, using tools such as MSTest, Azure Application Insights, and Serilog.

• Experience with Automation and Business Process Management (BPM) tools and platforms, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Selenium, Playwright, and others.
