Director, AI & Automation Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the enterprise AI and automation strategy.

• Guide a diverse team in designing, delivering, and scaling AI-driven systems.

• Recognize high-value AI and automation prospects and convert them into a unified roadmap.

• Set standards for automation development, documentation, and change management processes.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of advancing experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML roles.

• Proven success in delivering production-grade AI/ML systems and large-scale automation solutions within a regulated or enterprise context.

• Demonstrated capability in leading and expanding multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

• Extensive knowledge in machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and intelligent process automation.

• Experience in budget management and vendor relationship oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
