This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Plan and execute on-site, remote, and desktop Integrity Assessments, including any necessary travel arrangements, in collaboration with the ISCC office located in Cologne.
β’ Develop and coordinate assessment timetables and audit strategies for Integrity Assessments.
β’ Carry out ISCC Integrity Assessments of certification bodies with a focus on North and Latin America, adhering to ISCC standards and protocols.
β’ Perform desktop reviews, as well as on-site and remote assessments of Certification Body (CB) offices, emphasizing Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO/IEC 17065-related requirements, and compliance with ISCC standards for certification bodies.
β’ Execute witness assessments of auditors to assess audit execution, auditor qualifications, and adherence to ISCC standards.
β’ Analyze audit evidence, pinpoint findings, and monitor non-conformities and corrective actions as necessary.
β’ Prepare clear, objective, and evidence-based Integrity Assessment Reports and CB Applicant Assessment Reports.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the ISCC System and the ISCC Integrity Program.
β’ Completed university education or a comparable qualification in a relevant discipline.
β’ At least five (5) years of professional experience in certification, conformity assessment, quality management, or auditing.
β’ Experience in auditing or ISCC is essential.
β’ Completion of auditor or lead auditor training, preferably based on ISO 19011, with proven experience in audit planning, interviewing, sampling, evidence analysis, reporting, and findings formulation.
β’ Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17065 and demonstrated experience in assessing Certification Body Quality Management Systems, including impartiality, competence management, certification processes, and decision-making criteria.
β’ Experience with conducting desktop reviews, remote assessments, and on-site audits or evaluations, including evidence-based assessment of certification files.
β’ Experience in conducting witness assessments or evaluating auditor competence and audit performance is an asset.
β’ Excellent ability to prepare clear, objective, and evidence-based assessment reports, encompassing non-conformities, corrective action requests, and follow-up conclusions.
β’ Knowledge of global supply chains and intricate organizational structures.
β’ Independence and freedom from conflicts of interest; Integrity Assessors are not allowed to work as auditors for certification bodies simultaneously.
β’ High proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish or Portuguese, are advantageous.
β’ Residing in North or Latin America, with valid visas or permits, along with a strong willingness and availability to travel across the region for Integrity Assessments.
