Integrative Group Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly group therapy sessions through telehealth.

• Create innovative approaches for delivering Integrative group therapy in a virtual setting.

• Ensure that your clinical services adhere to established best practices.

• Implement careful risk management strategies.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referral sources.

• Complete documentation promptly, ensuring it is accurate and well-articulated.

• Uphold and exemplify professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health.

• Experience working with a diverse age range, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.

• Experience with high acuity populations is necessary.

• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Necessary experience, training, and certification in one or more integrative modalities.

• Licensed mental health professional preferred.

• Technical proficiency to conduct effective telehealth sessions.

• Reliable WiFi connection is essential for client meetings.

• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication tools such as Gmail, Slack, and Zoom, as well as EMR and outcomes survey software daily.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess native or bilingual English proficiency.

• This is a 1099 position.

• Availability for a minimum of 9 direct clinical hours across at least 3 nights per week, from 3:00 - 8:00 PM MST, Monday through Thursday.
