Integrations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate remote software onboarding and training sessions for all Omatic Software products.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Omatic products while staying informed about their features and functionalities.

• Effectively evaluate customer requirements.

• Configure systems and offer testing assistance.

• Create and present tailored professional documentation to meet the unique needs of each customer.

• Ensure timely delivery of engagements while adhering to budget constraints.

• Precisely track and document project hours, notes, and status using Omatic's internal systems.

• Provide internal software training sessions.

• Support the Omatic Sales team in promoting Onboarding services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce NPSP import, and/or data migration processes; Salesforce Admin Certification is advantageous!

• Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Altru; Raiser’s Edge Certification is a plus!

• Experience with various non-profit systems, including email marketing, peer-to-peer fundraising, online donations, events management, and alumni or membership management is desirable!

• Project Management skills, including scheduling, task management, and the ability to juggle multiple customers and projects at once.

• Exceptional time management capabilities.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to identify and address needs, explain technical concepts, and deliver precise project outcomes.

• High attention to detail with a robust ability to organize, manage, and execute assigned projects.

• Technically proficient.

• Capacity to excel in a dynamic team environment.

• Comfortable working with individuals of varying skill levels.
