Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create standardized solutions tailored for customers.

• Investigate, identify, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on issues related to customer change events.

• Handle escalated events when necessary.

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of the implementation project completion.

• Collaborate with clients to assess and confirm operational requirements while understanding their business objectives and goals.

• Keep customers and other stakeholders informed about project progress.

• Execute the initial technical implementation of technology products post-sale.

• Monitor the progress of implementation projects and ensure that deadlines are adhered to.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with no experience; or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capacity to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired outcomes.

• A well-rounded skill set: a driver and facilitator, tactical leader, and executor.
