Integration Success Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist with the onboarding procedures for Clients.

• Monitor the well-being of each partnership.

• Take proactive measures to address instances of misalignment.

• Foster a productive and supportive working relationship for the long term.

• Coordinate calls with Clients and Divers to ensure alignment.

• Manage Client dissatisfaction or misalignment in both proactive and reactive manners.

• Sustain infrastructure to enhance satisfaction and growth.

• Serve as the voice of the Client within the internal development process.

• Prior experience in a client success or relationship management role is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with the BPO industry will be considered an asset.

• You should be capable of managing, collaborating with, and serving individuals from diverse backgrounds in an inclusive manner that upholds both individual and collective dignity.

• Relationship Management: Are you able to establish yourself as a trusted, expert partner to our Clients as they begin their first dive with Oceans?
