Integration Specialist III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute intricate interface projects with minimal supervision.

• Organize, manage, and drive the resolution of implementation issues and optimizations until completion.

• Support healthcare data exchange initiatives involving HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, XML, and related formats.

• Utilize Rhapsody Interface Engine or equivalent software to assist with interface work, data flows, and implementation requirements.

• Diagnose and resolve client integration challenges using knowledge of business workflows and Rhapsody data flows.

• Employ data, data extraction, basic coding, and SQL/query skills for implementation, validation, and optimization purposes.

• Suggest enhancements to both internal and external clients while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

• Provide support for client go-lives outside of regular hours as required and take part in periodic on-call coverage.

• Contribute to projects within the Deployment or Development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Limited experience with Rhapsody Interface Engine or similar interface engine software.

• Strong understanding of data and data extraction solutions.

• Basic coding abilities in JavaScript, C++, SQL queries, or other comparable technologies.

• Fundamental knowledge of healthcare data exchange, including HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, and XML.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to edit written content for spelling and grammar, adjust writing style, and effectively present numerical data.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.

• Willingness to be on-call for one week at a time several times each year.

• Availability to work after hours as necessary to support client go-lives.
