Integration Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out fundamental interface projects with the guidance of a team leader or seasoned analyst.

• Assist in implementation tasks from project organization to completion.

• Support interface-related activities involving healthcare data, data extraction solutions, and basic integration workflows.

• Utilize basic coding and querying skills to aid in data review, troubleshooting, and implementation requirements.

• Examine data, project specifications, implementation processes, and written outputs with meticulous attention to detail.

• Engage in meetings, pose clarifying questions, and relay updates on progress, risks, or support requirements.

• Provide after-hours support for client go-lives as necessary and take part in periodic on-call duties.

• Contribute to team initiatives within the Deployment team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Basic understanding of data and data extraction solutions.

• Fundamental coding abilities in JavaScript, C++, SQL queries, or similar technologies.

• Capability to organize and manage implementation tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Basic skills in oral and written communication.

• Ability to proofread written materials for spelling and grammar, adjust writing style to suit audience needs, and present numerical data effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to structured implementation processes.

• Willingness to be on-call for one week at a time multiple times a year.

• Readiness to work after hours as necessary to assist with client go-lives.
