This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Design, develop, and manage system integrations between Axya and various external platforms, including ERP, CRM, and supplier systems.

• Configure and provide support for API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to collect integration requirements.

• Diagnose and resolve integration challenges, data synchronization discrepancies, and API failures.

• Assist in customer onboarding by configuring and validating integrations.

• Document integration processes, technical setups, and troubleshooting methods.

• Monitor the performance and reliability of integrations.

• Work in close partnership with engineering to enhance integration frameworks and scalability.

• Engage in testing and validating integrations prior to their deployment in production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in system integrations, technical implementation, or solutions engineering.

• Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, or middleware platforms.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
