Integration Solutions Consultant

Posted Jul 17

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Serve as the technical integration authority for enterprise implementations, participating in solution and discovery discussions related to ATS, Workday/HRIS, SSO, Outlook/Microsoft 365, data flows, field mapping, and integration alternatives.

• Lead integration discovery by comprehending the customer's technology landscape, aligning their needs with Spotted Zebra's integration offerings, and converting business objectives into a viable technical design.

• Create and document field mappings, data flows, and integration strategies, clarifying the source of truth between systems like Workday and Spotted Zebra, while distinguishing between standard and bespoke solutions.

• Assess and validate technical feasibility, identifying current capabilities versus future roadmap items—providing customers with transparent, trustworthy responses and elevating issues to the Product Delivery Manager and Product only as necessary.

• Support pre-sales efforts as the integration specialist—engaging in sales discussions with potential clients to evaluate feasibility, respond to technical inquiries, outline requirements, and assist with RFPs and security questionnaires to ensure successful implementation setups.

• Act as the customer-facing representative of our Product Integration Engineering team—translating customer needs into precise integration specifications, primarily collaborating with the team’s Product Manager (and directly with engineers as required) to facilitate integration development and keep the customer updated throughout the process.

• Manage the integration workstream in conjunction with the Implementation Manager—identifying risks early, coordinating with Product Integration Engineering, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery for go-live.

• Collaborate with the Skills Science Solutions Consultant on suitable assessment and AI Interview evidence to share back into the ATS, and engage with the Product Delivery Manager on feasibility and customer-specific product initiatives.

• Enable phased approaches for customers—allowing them to launch without full integration, with the option to add ATS/Workday integration later.

• Develop repeatable integration playbooks, templates, and documentation, while providing integration insights to Product and Engineering to enhance scalable delivery.

• Contribute to discussions on information security, SSO/identity, and supplier onboarding when necessary.

• Help shape the integration roadmap by channeling customer requirements, recurring needs, and field insights to the Product Integration Engineering team’s Product Manager to inform priorities and influence future developments.

ā›³ļø Requirements

• Must-Haves āœ…

• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integrations between SaaS products and enterprise systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle.

• Confidence in customer-facing roles—capable of leading technical discovery with both senior business stakeholders and technical/IT teams, while explaining complex integration topics in straightforward terms.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing product environment, possessing the judgment to distinguish standard practices from bespoke solutions and knowing when to escalate issues.

• Experience in supporting sales cycles and pre-sales initiatives as a technical or solutions expert—comfortable being the integration authority in front of prospects, rather than merely delivering post-sale.

• Familiarity with contributing to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical proposals—comfortable with the documentation and compliance aspects of enterprise agreements.

• Strong organizational capabilities, able to manage multiple integration workstreams across simultaneous enterprise implementations.

• A genuine startup mentality—adaptable, resilient, resourceful, and comfortable working on evolving solutions.

• Nice-to-Haves 🌟

• Data literacy or basic scripting skills (JSON, SQL, Postman) for validating and troubleshooting integrations.
