Integration Solutions Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across functions during both the pre-sales and post-sales phases to identify technical requirements and convert them into scalable integration solutions, providing support to internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) as well as external customers.

• Lead the onboarding process by facilitating solutions discovery, enabling technical capabilities, assessing product deployment, and offering platform integration expertise.

• Evaluate customer requirements to suggest solutions utilizing our platform/product, clearly communicate the integration process to new partners, and manage the live launch and transition to Account Management or Customer Success.

• Serve as the technical representative for the customer; collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to provide product feedback that aids internal teams in strategizing, iterating, and prioritizing new features and updates.

• Diagnose and resolve bugs and other technical issues throughout the customer experience.

• Continuously generate mappings of manual or automated requirements, tests, dependencies, integration playbooks, and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in solution engineering or as a technical consultant manager, particularly in a customer-facing capacity within high-growth SaaS companies.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are essential.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for diverse technical and non-technical audiences; must possess strong empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with a variety of customers.

• Advanced skills in technical discovery, documentation, and troubleshooting. Detail-oriented and data-driven.

• Demonstrated experience managing and leading multiple technical and high-value enterprise-level integration projects while collaborating with various stakeholders on tight deadlines.
