• The Integration Manager oversees integrations associated with the enterprise ERP transformation, encompassing strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational support for data and system integrations.
• This role merges leadership of personnel, technical guidance, and strategic planning to guarantee that integrations are secure, scalable, dependable, and in alignment with business objectives.
• The Integration Manager directs the ERP integration workstream, sets standards and best practices, and manages the team and vendor relationships essential for supporting enterprise interoperability and data exchange.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, data integration, or similar technical positions.
• More than 3 years of experience in leading integration projects, technical teams, or enterprise integration initiatives.
• Extensive experience in designing and supporting integrations across enterprise systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• In-depth understanding of integration patterns including APIs, ETL, middleware, file-based integrations, and event-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with one or more integration or middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, or comparable tools.
• Experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT jobs in data integration platforms like SAP Data Services, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficient in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
