Integration Lead – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

• Create integrations utilizing: o IntegrationHub / Spokes o Flow Designer o MID Servers o REST/SOAP APIs o Webhooks and messaging.

• Establish standards for: o APIs o Versioning o Security and access control.

• Direct integrations across various systems (e.g., CMDB, ITOM, Cloud, SecOps).

• Maintain data quality, reconciliation, and performance.

• Define and track indicators such as: o Availability o Latency o Throughput.

• Develop dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.

• Engage in incident analysis (RCA) and problem management.

• Assist during platform upgrade cycles (post-release validation and hypercare).

• Implement security measures by design: o OAuth2, mTLS o Credential rotation o Principle of least privilege.

• Ensure adherence to standards and audit requirements.

• Favor low-code and out-of-the-box (OOB) solutions whenever feasible.

• Collaborate with: o Product Owners o Architects o Global teams.

• Convert business requirements into integration contracts and SLAs.

• Lead a technical team, even if distributed globally.

• Provide support and mentorship to developers.

• Automate workflows (CI/CD, automated testing).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with: ServiceNow IntegrationHub integrations, Flow Designer, and scripting.

• Strong understanding of: REST and SOAP APIs.

• Proficiency in authentication methods: OAuth2, SAML, JWT.

• Familiarity with: ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / Discovery.

• Experience in data reconciliation (IRE, Service Graph).

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps, Git).

• Experience with automated testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI).

• Strong troubleshooting skills (logs, metrics, tracing).

• Understanding of ITIL v4.

• Experience collaborating with global teams (follow-the-sun model).

• Familiarity with: Azure Integration Services.

• Possession of ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM, Discovery), IntegrationHub.

• Experience with API Gateways or MuleSoft.

• Knowledge of observability and performance testing.

• Experience with enterprise integration architecture.
