Integration Health Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the ongoing monitoring and health assessments of system integrations.

• Identify and resolve real-time integration issues, API malfunctions, and disruptions in data flow.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Account, DevOps, and IT teams to facilitate repairs and enhancements.

• Examine logs and alerts to identify the root causes of system failures and document the solutions.

• Enhance existing integrations to improve efficiency and performance.

• Utilize advanced GenAI tools and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience (2+ years) in system integration health, API monitoring, and network troubleshooting.

• Capability to incorporate generative AI tools into everyday workflows to automate tasks, drive innovation, and optimize productivity.

• Expertise in scripting/query languages such as SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash for log analysis and automation purposes.

• A compassionate yet consultative and assertive approach when collaborating on technical challenges with cross-functional teams.

• A basic understanding of API integrations, system operations, and best practices in incident management.

• Integrated generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity.

• Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
