This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• As a Lead Integration Engineer within the Business Systems Engineering team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into the development and enhancement of globally scalable solutions.
• Develop scalable, AI-ready solutions that automate HR processes from end to end and introduce new capabilities. Create and refine automation and Gen AI frameworks specifically designed to improve the employee experience.
• Outline system boundaries, data flows, and integration standards, along with conducting design reviews. Set up integration patterns, reusable code libraries, and architectural standards; ensure the implementation of monitoring, logging, and alerting for all HRIS systems.
• Design event-driven integration patterns, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and data pipelines that connect HRIS systems throughout our technology ecosystem; utilizing your expertise in Studio, Cloud Connect, EIB, iLoad, Conversion, Core Connectors, XSLT, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Construct secure architectures employing OAuth 2.0 and encryption, while ensuring SOX compliance across all integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to convert business challenges into technical roadmaps that align with our multi-year vision. Support a technology enablement roadmap that includes Workday and other HR applications.
• Implement enhancements and upgrades for our People Technology ecosystem, processes, and systems, including Workday HCM, Prism, Greenhouse ATS, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Have over 5 years of experience in integrating global HCM solutions, with a proven understanding of People and HR Data along with automation.
• Hold technical expertise in HRIS modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent), preferably with systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, and BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Think strategically: You can configure comprehensive flows to align complex business objectives with the appropriate technology mix.
• Understand modern security: You are well-versed in OAuth 2.0 and API security models, ensuring each solution is compliant and robust. You have extensive knowledge of security configuration with object management systems like Role-Based security, User-Based security, Job-based security, Intersection, and Segment-based Security groups.
• Take ownership of outcomes: You exhibit strong project management and delivery skills, effectively prioritizing tasks, managing competing initiatives, and navigating ambiguity to achieve high-impact results.
• Collaborate successfully: You excel at leading requirements and design discussions, presenting complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences while aligning diverse stakeholders. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. You demonstrate initiative and a strong commitment to timely deliverables while managing multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
