This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Analyze and design solutions effectively.
• Perform comprehensive functional analysis with clients and technical stakeholders.
• Identify requirements, dependencies, risks, and technical limitations.
• Develop scalable and resilient solutions using contemporary system-integration patterns.
• Create diagrams and technical documentation to present solutions clearly to clients.
• Utilize Digibee’s AI tools to map workflows, identify patterns, and enhance technical comprehension.
• Construct end-to-end integration pipelines leveraging Digibee platform components.
• Configure authentication, messaging patterns, data manipulation, mappings, and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
• Establish observability mechanisms (logs, metrics, tracing) to aid operations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the technical quality, performance, and security of integrations.
• Harness Digibee’s AI to expedite development, automation, and validations.
• Provide accurate estimates for development effort and pipeline complexity.
• Clearly and transparently communicate deadlines.
• Assume responsibility for meeting deadlines, ensuring quality of delivery, and mitigating risks.
• Suggest alternatives when replanning becomes necessary.
• Facilitate technical discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain clear, objective, and frequent communication regarding delivery status.
• Coordinate alignment across teams (CSM, Product, Engineering, Support).
• Document decisions and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Guide clients in embracing the Digibee platform and leveraging AI for their integrations.
• Design and implement functional and integrated test scenarios.
• Validate end-to-end interactions among all participating systems.
• Assist in UAT/validation activities with clients.
• Ensure quality and minimize rework throughout the project lifecycle.
• Employ AI to generate test cases, validate contracts, and identify inconsistencies.
• Diagnose and address incidents within integration pipelines.
• Utilize platform logs, metrics, and tracing to determine root causes.
• Recommend preventive measures and structural improvements.
• Advocate integration, governance, and architectural standards within the team.
• Contribute to internal frameworks, reusable components, and best practices.
• Support the evolution of the platform and improvements to internal processes.
• Serve as an ambassador for innovation and AI integration within projects.
• Extensive experience in system integration, REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Practical experience with the Digibee platform or comparable tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Make, Workato, etc.).
• Skilled in data manipulation (JSON, XML, CSV), transformation, and mapping.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc.).
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) and data streaming.
• Understanding of cloud computing, containers, microservices, and distributed architectures (no orchestration of Kubernetes required—just familiarity with the principles).
• Proficient in Git and version control.
• Experience with basic CI/CD pipelines for integration governance.
• Knowledge of observability practices (structured logging, tracing, metrics).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in integrations.
• Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking (including interactions with international clients).
