This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve designated incidents and issues.
• Perform analysis for new business requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal team members to devise suitable solutions, utilizing Boomi as the primary integration method between applications.
• Create and document technical and/or integration specifications.
• Document and maintain user interfaces with existing systems.
• Partner with vendors to develop and deliver commercially viable solutions.
• Create internal solutions when it is determined that no satisfactory applications exist.
• Conduct thorough testing/debugging and/or collaborate with other team members to ensure solutions are free of major issues.
• Plan deployments and execute implementation strategies that minimize business impact.
• Ensure that technical and support documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Make sure test plans are documented to reflect current supported scenarios.
• Provide support for integration across all existing applications.
• Utilize appropriate IT processes and tools to manage IT tasks (e.g., Zendesk for incident management and change request processes).
• Review and contribute to the continuous improvement of application integrations and operational processes, ensuring a balance between cost, time, quality, security, and supportability.
• Manage version control of software (e.g., Git) and understand CICD concepts.
• Effectively break down projects into deployable increments.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including data modeling, querying, and optimization using Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL).
• Intermediate to Senior experience with G Suite.
• Experience with Power Apps Premium.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio Plan 2.
• Proficient in Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of LastPass.
• Experience with Magento.
• Familiarity with Momentis.
• Knowledge of Zendesk - IT.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 E5.
• Familiarity with APTOS ERP.
• Understanding of tRS.
• Experience with FranConnect (Wardrobe).
• Proficient in Boomi.
