Integration Consultant – German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client business and technical requirements.

• Design, set up, test, and implement integration solutions.

• Convert technical requirements into integration architectures and configurations.

• Assist with integration testing, issue resolution, and production rollout.

• Work in tandem with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

• Offer technical expertise on integration patterns, data transformation, security, and authentication.

• Track project advancement and deliver regular status reports to project leadership.

• Ensure that integrations fulfill client needs and performance standards.

• Play a role in successful project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Workday Integration Certification is essential.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing intricate enterprise business application projects.

• At least 5 years' experience with integration technologies, such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, backend web development, and web services.

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, data transmission, and performance enhancement.

• Proficiency in German for client-facing interactions.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with international teams.

• Openness to travel up to 25%.

• Experience with middleware technologies like MuleSoft, SnapLogic, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration architecture and application security is an advantage.

• Prior experience in customer-facing consulting and enterprise implementation projects is preferred.
