Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements aligned with business goals.

• Create integration solutions utilizing Workday tools and partnering with vendors.

• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and implement reliable integrations that facilitate secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange between Workday and external systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, financials, etc.).

• Work closely with functional consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders throughout the configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live phases.

• Generate and maintain technical documentation, mapping artifacts, and integration design specifications.

• Assist in knowledge transfer and provide training or guidance to client teams to ensure sustainability post-deployment.

• Recognize opportunities for optimization or automation to improve integration performance and reliability.

• Stay updated on Workday product enhancements and integration best practices to integrate improvements into client solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday integrations (design, build, test, support).

• Practical experience with tools such as Core Connectors and EIBs.

• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials (experience with HCM is a plus).

• Understanding of integration monitoring, error handling best practices, and data governance standards.

• Workday Planning Integrations Certification.

• Workday Integrations certification or related Workday credentials are preferred.

• Awareness of AI technologies.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in integration technologies and standards (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, data transformation practices).

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and client-facing consulting abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in fast-paced project environments.
