Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client business and technical requirements.

• Design, configure, test, and implement integration solutions.

• Convert technical requirements into integration architectures and setups.

• Assist with integration testing, troubleshooting, and production rollout.

• Work together with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout project implementations.

• Offer technical expertise on integration patterns, data transformation, security, and authentication.

• Track project progress and deliver regular status reports to project leadership.

• Ensure integrations align with client requirements and performance standards.

• Contribute to the successful completion of projects and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Aid in the implementation and delivery of technical integrations between enterprise systems and cloud-based business applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Workday Integration Certification is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering complex enterprise business application projects.

• At least 5 years of experience with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, backend web development, and web services.

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, data transmission, and performance optimization.

• Proficiency in German suitable for client-facing communications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Experience with middleware technologies like MuleSoft, SnapLogic, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms (preferred).

• Understanding of enterprise integration architecture and application security (preferred).

• Previous experience in customer-facing consulting and enterprise implementation projects (preferred).
