Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients and develop customized workflows tailored to the specific needs of each office.

• Train new clinicians and dental teams on how to effectively utilize the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.

• Foster relationships with existing customers to ensure they fully leverage the benefits of DentalMonitoring's Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard.

• Establish strong connections with customers to encourage ongoing use, endorsement, and advocacy for the DentalMonitoring brand and its products.

• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform.

• Support and participate in local trade shows.

• Collaborate effectively with regional sales managers, customer success teams, inside sales, and sales representatives to guarantee an optimal onboarding experience.

• Encourage doctors and staff to embrace new protocols while addressing any concerns regarding the adoption of disruptive technologies.

• Travel up to 35% for overnight stays to train and support in-person office implementations in North Texas and Oklahoma.

• Act as the regional lead for resolving escalated implementation challenges with offices.

• Share best practices with colleagues.

• Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing teams.

• Demonstrated success with over 5 years of dental and orthodontic experience.

• Adaptable and eager to learn.

• Enthusiastic about working in a scale-up/start-up environment where versatility and initiative can be showcased.
