This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and design customized workflows that cater to the specific needs of each office.
• Provide training for new clinicians and dental teams on how to effectively use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.
• Foster relationships with current customers to help them fully leverage the benefits of DentalMonitoring's Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard.
• Develop strong connections with clients to encourage ongoing use, endorsement, and advocacy for the DentalMonitoring brand and its products.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform.
• Participate in and support local trade shows.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with regional sales managers, customer success teams, inside sales, and sales representatives to provide an optimal onboarding experience.
• Persuade doctors and staff to embrace new protocols while addressing any concerns related to adopting innovative technology.
• Travel up to 60% for in-person training and support during office implementations.
• Demonstrated success with over 5 years of experience in dental and orthodontic fields.
• Flexible and eager to learn new concepts.
