This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directs the design and execution of data and identity solutions for clients across both online and offline environments.
• Analyzes client needs and adeptly converts those needs into specifications for Data, Identity, and Media Tagging.
• Manages all technical communication with the client and offers technical guidance throughout all implementation phases.
• Consults with clients regarding proposed modifications, process enhancements, issues, or inquiries related to client data.
• Facilitates discussions about web networking, with a focus on DNS and CNAMEs.
• Independently coordinates the technical components of changes, issues, and research.
• Oversees Website Auditing with a focus on the data layer for developing the tag management solution design.
• Establishes quality assurance protocols for continuous monitoring and management of identity/tag-management solutions.
• Guarantees a smooth transition from requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment of tags for data and identity solutions.
• Leads data integration efforts for third-party Ad tech solutions (DMP, DSP, Ad Server, Fraud & Verification, OFA, Tag & Consent Management) alongside first-party data sources and systems (websites, cross-device Identity, digital key ring, CRM, demand-gen dashboard, analytics, etc.).
• Diagnoses and assists in troubleshooting any data discrepancies or performance issues in collaboration with Platform owners.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or IT roles focused on managing e-commerce or digital marketing technology solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing settings.
• At least 5 years in solution architect roles.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Highly motivated and dynamic, with a strong desire to learn about emerging technologies and a genuine passion for digital and CRM marketing.
• Knowledge of the overall marketing mix and the integration of digital customer journeys within that framework.
• Exceptional leadership and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in building relationships, influencing external vendors, and achieving results.
• Expertise in Ad-Server technologies (such as Google Campaign Manager, FlashTalking, etc.), Tag Management solutions (like Tealium, etc.), and Analytics solutions (including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A demonstrated history of working with Online IT and CRM IT.
• Positive, proactive, and capable of exercising sound judgment.
• High levels of motivation, adaptability, and creativity.
• Previous experience in vendor/agency management.
• Ability to influence others and operate in a collaborative and customer-focused manner.
• This role does not involve direct reports but may offer mentorship to less experienced associates.
