Integration Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of technical documentation related to client interfaces, connections, data transformations, and other client-centric areas.

• Organize and arrange internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate follow-up as needed.

• Engage in kick-off and project integration meetings with clients and external stakeholders.

• Provide initial assistance for client connectivity or data-related issues.

• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and business partners concerning implementation and operational requirements.

• Conduct data validation and testing for integration projects, upgrades, and infrastructure modifications.

• Create reports and documentation for clients, vendors, and business partners.

• Support employees and contractors with system usage, including the development of training materials and tools.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.

• Adhere to internal change-control protocols.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across various environments.

• Participate in business process analysis and design, as well as training development and deployment planning.

• Collaborate with staff across the organization to complete project activities and deliverables.

• Manage multiple integrations across concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Ensure the stability and integrity of data management and transfers through validation, error resolution, and informed decision-making.

• Coordinate with application owners regarding integration development and support teams.

• Collaborate with product development teams by offering feedback on architecture, features, and the product roadmap.

• Proactively escalate concerns and issues as they arise.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for production integrations and applications.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical interface support, data management, database integrations, and data analysis.

• At least 2 years of experience with HL7, web services, XML, X12, 837/839, APIs, FHIR, SOAP, and JSON.

• Over 3 years of experience in IT systems, networking, or infrastructure operations, with a focus on troubleshooting connectivity issues.

• Familiarity with HL7 interface engine technologies.

• Proficient understanding of web services, SFTP, SSH, HTTP, TCP, and related communication methods.

• Knowledge of data normalization standards, including LOINC, SNOMED, CPT, and ICD-9.

• Experience with multiple database platforms such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.

• Insight into the healthcare industry and familiarity with medical terminology.

• Knowledge of EHR, HIS, PMS, HL7, HIE, and CDR technologies.

• Understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud services for databases and integrations.

• Experience collaborating with multiple clients and managing complex cross-environment data integrations.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of larger project teams.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Effective time management skills across operational and project-related activities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in data and quality analysis from diverse data sources.

• Scripting experience in Java/JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Perl, Python, or PowerShell.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience with data mappings and transformations.

• Proficient in advanced SQL queries.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Familiarity with Power BI and other data visualization tools.

• Ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Capacity to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
