Integration Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of technical documentation relating to client interfaces, connections, data transformations, and associated client areas.

• Organize and arrange both internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-up when needed.

• Engage in kick-off and project calls for client and external-party integrations.

• Provide initial assistance for issues related to client connectivity and data.

• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and business partners throughout implementation and operational processes.

• Conduct data validation and testing for integration tasks, system upgrades, and infrastructure modifications.

• Create reports and documentation intended for clients, vendors, and partners.

• Support employees and contractors in system usage, including the creation of training materials and tools.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation.

• Adhere to change-control protocols and troubleshoot or resolve system issues across various environments.

• Contribute to business process analysis, design, training development, and deployment strategy.

• Manage project activities and deliverables across the organization.

• Facilitate multiple integrations across concurrent projects while effectively prioritizing tasks and timelines.

• Ensure stability in data management and transfer, executing validations, addressing errors, and meeting business processing needs.

• Collaborate with application owners on integration development and support teams.

• Provide product development teams with practical feedback regarding architecture, features, and strategic roadmaps.

• Proactively raise concerns and issues as they arise.

• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours production integration/application support.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or another relevant technical field.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical interface support, data management, database integrations, and data analysis.

• At least 2 years of experience with HL7, web services, XML, X12, 837/839, APIs, FHIR, SOAP, and JSON.

• Over 3 years of experience in IT systems, networking, or infrastructure operations, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.

• Knowledge of HL7 interface engine technologies.

• Familiarity with web services, SFTP, SSH, HTTP, TCP, and related communication protocols.

• Understanding of data normalization principles, including LOINC, SNOMED, CPT, and ICD-9.

• Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or various database platforms.

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with medical terminology.

• Experience with EHR, HIS, PMS, HL7, HIE, and CDR technologies.

• Understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud services for databases and integrations.

• Proven experience working with multiple clients and complex cross-environment data integrations.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within larger project teams.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

• Strong time management skills across operational and project-based activities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in analyzing data and ensuring quality from diverse data sources.

• Scripting experience in Java/JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Perl, Python, or PowerShell.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience with data mappings and transformations.

• Advanced skills in SQL querying.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools.

• Ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
