Integrated Product Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for DLA Aviation.

• Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, track action items, and provide real-time updates to the customer.

• Prepare and present the monthly status CDRL to the DLA Contracting Officer.

• Function as a comprehensive process flow expert, taking responsibility for cost account management.

• Oversee all metrics and supply chain management support related to the program, including the evaluation of engineering drawings, production tooling requirements, obsolescence health, material tracking, ensuring timely program setup, and managing all team members involved in program execution.

• Collaborate directly with Production and Engineering to prioritize the most critical part numbers.

• Analyze DLA demand history and keep track of DLA's inventory status to formulate the monthly replenishment forecast and alert DLA of any asset position support gaps.

• Gather data necessary for monthly reports and ensure accuracy in documentation from various reporting sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with DLA and/or Material Support.

• Direct involvement with Statements of Work (SOW).

• Hands-on experience utilizing the SOW for creating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

• Familiarity with Bid Master Web (BMW) as the Bid provider.

• Experience in customer negotiations.

• Direct experience presenting information to customers (metrics/action log).

• Previous experience with Power & Controls tools and reports.

• Background in leading and/or collaborating with cross-functional teams/project management experience.

• APICS certification is highly desirable; otherwise, inventory forecasting experience with piece parts is required.

• Knowledge of financial forecasting.
