Integrated Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute operational tasks related to the creation, updating, and maintenance of campaigns, products, and offers.

• Ensure the accuracy of registered products by verifying information and identifiers, with a focus on detail and data consistency.

• Assist in monitoring and organizing offers presented in the app, adhering to instructions from the relevant teams.

• Track active product registrations to pinpoint patterns, inconsistencies, or deviations that may affect the user experience.

• Analyze operational cases submitted by internal teams and determine the optimal solution for each situation.

• Document information and decisions in an organized manner to facilitate future analysis and process enhancements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the correct execution of campaigns.

• Contribute to ongoing operational improvements by supporting optimization initiatives, automating repetitive tasks, and leveraging data to guide decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education program.

• Availability for an internship lasting at least one and a half years.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets or Excel), including data organization and basic validation skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable in executing operational duties.

• Capability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality, consistency, and critical thinking.

• Possess an analytical mindset.

• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, workflows, and ways to automate daily tasks.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively, engaging with various teams and partners.

• Proactive in identifying solutions, highlighting areas of concern, and recommending operational enhancements.

• Knowledge of SQL and databases (considered a strong asset).

• Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity (considered a strong asset).

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Apps Script (considered a strong asset).

• Experience with the n8n automation platform (considered a strong asset).
