This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Assist in the recovery of purchases and oversee the performance of e-commerce and financial services partners;

• Evaluate overall e-commerce performance utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs);

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and the industry to identify optimal business opportunities that align with company strategy;

• Provide support to partners regarding the functionalities of Méliuz;

• Generate reports and insights related to area processes;

• Suggest and implement enhancements to these processes;

• Monitor the team's key performance metrics;

• Engage with a diverse range of e-commerce and financial services partners.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in fields related to data, engineering, or business/administration;

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets;

• A keen interest in technology, innovation, and applied artificial intelligence;

• Familiarity with SQL and database management;

• Understanding of the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in processes (e.g., Vibe Coding, n8n, Claude, etc.);

• Completion of a course or certification in process management.
