This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyzing performance metrics to inform budget distribution across channels and enhance media investments throughout the marketing funnel.
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives and customer journey phases.
• Leading strategic initiatives across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels including Display, Video, CTV, OTT, Audio, and DOOH.
• Collaborating with activation, creative, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and smooth execution of campaigns.
• Formulating strategic recommendations covering media mix, audience targeting, creative strategy, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Managing paid media budgets through initial planning, real-time reallocations, optimization opportunities, and scenarios for incremental investments.
• Performing audience research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence using tools such as Pathmatics, GWI, Resonate, and platform insights.
• Tracking pacing, performance trends, and optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and achieve business goals.
• Spearheading testing and learning initiatives across channels to foster continuous innovation and performance enhancement.
• Presenting strategic insights, performance updates, and recommendations through client-facing presentations, reports, and planning documents.
• Developing deep expertise in client industries, omni-channel retail dynamics, seasonal trends, and shifting consumer behaviors.
• Keeping abreast of emerging media platforms, industry trends, and best practices while providing strategic direction for both current and potential clients.
• 2-3 years of experience in paid media advertising, media planning, or digital strategy within an agency or marketing context.
• Experience across multiple channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DV360, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record in developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns targeting both brand and performance objectives.
• Strong grasp of full-funnel digital media strategy, encompassing media planning methodologies, audience strategy, and performance measurement throughout the customer journey.
• Experience in supporting cross-channel media strategies for both brand and performance campaigns, preferably in omni-channel retail, ecommerce, and/or ISP/telco settings.
• Experience working with analytics teams on tracking implementation, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with attribution methodologies and measurement frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and media reporting platforms.
• Outstanding oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
