Integrated Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement the content calendar for thought leadership on a weekly to annual basis, covering real-time trends, business strategy developments, major market changes, the quarterly Market Health Index, annual vertical audience reports, and their related social/derivative assets.

• Collaborate with Market Managers, Data Science teams, and third-party partners to extract, quality assure, and compile proprietary data.

• Oversee the calendar and engage in cross-channel collaboration.

• Monitor and report on closed-won deals and pipeline influence by stop.

• Ensure that brand programs are aligned with ServiceTitan’s branding standards.

• Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Marketing.

• A broad, generalist marketing background with proven success in scaling programs and collaborating across teams.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing repeatable processes, planning systems, and workflows that are adopted and relied upon by other teams.

• Practical, technical experience in operationalizing AI within a complex, cross-functional environment.

• Familiarity with marketing, sales, and data systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Airtable, and contemporary AI tools).

• Strong skills in partnership and communication.

• A focus on tasks that contribute to pipeline, targeting, conversion, and revenue.
