This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee paid media initiatives across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Direct account setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel deployment, and management of account hierarchies.
• Monitor and enhance campaigns to boost conversions and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Convert campaign metrics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Examine trends to elucidate campaign performance and suggest subsequent actions based on data analysis.
• Create and maintain client-facing reporting dashboards utilizing tools such as GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Routinely assess campaign effectiveness and modify strategies based on insights.
• Integrate SEO and AEO knowledge into comprehensive campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to synchronize paid and organic marketing strategies.
• Mentor a junior team member by offering guidance, quality oversight, and support in executing campaigns.
• Engage directly with clients to align on objectives, refine strategies, and ensure successful completion of deliverables.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, planning meetings, and pitches for new business opportunities.
• Assist in implementing social media strategies across various platforms.
• Write social media copy and content designed for optimal platform engagement and audience performance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing with a significant emphasis on paid media.
• Demonstrated experience in managing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
• Proficient in utilizing analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and tools like SEMrush.
• Strong aptitude for interpreting data, recognizing trends, and offering strategic insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple client projects concurrently.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Copywriting capabilities for social media and paid channels are advantageous, with an understanding of audience-targeted messaging.
