Integrated Designer, French/English Fluent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Africa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a newly formed team to create and deliver a blend of digital, social, and motion assets for a range of prestigious brands.

• Employ a holistic approach to solving design challenges.

• Visualize and execute proposed creative concepts and design strategies.

• Establish a cohesive design language across various media channels, including digital, social, and branding.

• Define the aesthetic and feel for different digital and motion design initiatives.

• Apply existing brand guidelines to projects effectively.

• Work collaboratively with teams during the ideation, creation, and implementation phases.

• Create user-centered and engaging responsive web and email designs.

• Present work internally and to clients while managing workloads within agreed timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a digital or production agency environment.

• Strong grasp of conceptualization, graphic design, animation, illustration, and typography.

• Proven experience in executing projects of varying sizes with resourcefulness and commitment.

• Capability to maintain a fast-paced and agile workflow across multiple projects and brands.

• Strong mixed media design thinking accompanied by innovative right-brain strategies.

• Ability to adapt existing assets for digital and social advertising purposes.
