This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Duals team with ongoing projects and facilitate their completion.
• Support enhancements to programs, including their development, execution, implementation, and continuous design and standardization for Dual eligible and LTSS models.
• Collaborate with various markets to implement business strategies and operational plans that support LTSS (HCBS and NH) models.
• Translate the business and program vision and strategy into actionable operational tactics while building organizational support and infrastructure.
• Assist in post-implementation strategies and objectives to reduce program risks.
• Assess the effectiveness of operational processes and manage process improvement initiatives with market teams.
• Coordinate, interpret, and execute essential functional and operational requirements.
• Provide leadership and support for product expansion initiatives.
• Utilize industry-standard project management tools and techniques for market initiatives.
• Manage operational dependencies and risks across the portfolio of market operations initiatives through effective change and risk controls.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish, communicate, and uphold the corporate vision.
• Monitor performance across markets' LTSSS/HCBS programs to leverage best practices and enhance outcomes through evidence-based standardization.
• Assist the dual eligible President in tracking legislative and governmental activities, identifying opportunities and issues.
• Engage with Dual Eligible and LTSS program business partners to build relationships across different markets.
• Involve stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Lead initiatives that yield high-quality, consistent results for members, providers, and program objectives.
• Perform additional job-related duties as requested.
• Work in a standard office environment, potentially sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Travel up to 15% based on departmental needs.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration is required.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience driving performance and process improvements within the healthcare insurance sector is required.
• Three (3) years of experience with government-regulated (Federal and/or State) health insurance products, such as Medicaid, Managed Care Waiver, FFS, and Medicare is preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience implementing programs focused on integration is preferred.
• Three (3) years of project management experience is preferred.
• Ability to identify business challenges, assess proposed solutions, and understand the needs of business partners and stakeholders.
• Proficient communication skills across all levels of leadership.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage a project from inception to completion.
• Strong skills in relationship building and leadership qualities.
• Competence in training, teaching, and acting as a change agent.
• Ability to think critically and lead strategically.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Clinical Operations, Market Groups, Business Development, Network, and Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong business acumen and political sensitivity to act with diplomacy and an appreciation for cultural diversity.
• No specific licensure or certification is required.
