This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and continuous coaching of the Lemon Law and Personal Injury Intake teams.
• Create and implement training programs for new hires that cover essential case type fundamentals.
• Facilitate ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and skill enhancement workshops.
• Evaluate live calls and assess recorded calls to pinpoint coaching opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level), both spoken and written.
• Fully bilingual, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, call center coaching, or team development in a high-volume call center, legal intake, or customer acquisition setting.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing agent performance, conversion rates, or customer experience metrics through structured training and coaching initiatives.
• Outstanding facilitation and presentation abilities.
