Intake Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage all incoming calls related to corrections and oversee ongoing tasks.

• Process and handle all leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups.

• Keep track of client release dates within systems and take necessary actions.

• Coordinate and schedule calls, assigning them to intake specialists as required.

• Reach out to leads on their release date to address any further needs they may have.

• Send details to an intake specialist for application submission once contact is established with a client.

• Supervise all ongoing tasks associated with client requirements.

• Execute additional tasks as needed to effectively support client needs.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Dependable internet connection for remote work.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
