This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients and conduct intake calls.
• Collect and accurately document pertinent information from prospective clients.
• Assess leads according to the firm's intake criteria.
• Manage the intake process for potential Personal Injury clients.
• Clarify the subsequent steps in the intake process and address general inquiries within the role's scope.
• Schedule consultations and other appointments.
• Assist qualified prospective clients during onboarding and help obtain signed engagement agreements.
• Input and maintain prospective client data in Neos.
• Utilize Nextiva for managing and documenting telephone communications.
• Support administrative tasks and client communications.
• Follow up with qualified leads to promote the completion of the intake process.
• Keep organized and current intake records.
• Collaborate with the legal team to transition qualified leads.
• Clearly communicate intake information to the relevant team members.
• Monitor pending leads and follow up on outstanding information or documentation.
• Provide backup assistance to other team members.
• Ensure a professional, client-centered experience throughout all interactions.
• Location: Georgia, United States.
• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
• Practice area: Personal Injury.
• Previous experience as an Intake Specialist is mandatory.
• Personal Injury intake experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in qualifying leads and converting prospective clients into signed clients.
• Proficient in scheduling consultations and managing prospective client information.
• Exceptional spoken English with clear and easily understood communication for U.S. callers.
• Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone communications.
• Spanish language skills are welcome but not required.
• Able to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a small legal team.
• Willingness to provide backup support to other team members.
• Required software: Neos, Nextiva, Microsoft Office 365.
