This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accurately input all client and lead details into the CRM while ensuring records are consistently updated.
• Reach out to leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment.
• Engage in welcoming and professional conversations that align with the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Arrange initial consultations for qualified leads and send appointment reminders as necessary.
• Monitor and update appointment statuses within the case management system.
• Utilize the firm’s intake script to determine the nature of inquiries and facilitate a seamless transition to the legal team.
• Assist in evaluating potential new clients by collecting essential information and directing qualified leads to the right attorney or legal assistant.
• Perform initial client screenings using the firm’s intake script, documenting critical information such as client needs, urgency, and any potential conflicts.
• Establish a structured follow-up process for no-shows and disengaged leads, including scheduling reminder calls and sending follow-up emails.
• Process payments for initial consultations.
• Conduct pre-appointment follow-ups to ensure clients are ready for their scheduled consultations.
• Refresh the firm’s CRM and tracking systems with precise and up-to-date information regarding leads and consultations.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in client intake, customer service, or sales.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data entry.
• Capacity to manage approximately 20 calls daily with professionalism and care.
• Experience in a legal setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
