• Generate and submit daily reports utilizing Google Sheets

• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism

• Collect payments through the provided link

• Accurately track pipeline and intake progress

• Arrange new appointments using Google Calendar

• Proactively notify clients regarding fees

• Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up

• Respond to all incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner

• Manage incoming calls from potential clients seeking immigration legal services

• Assist prospects through the client intake process

• Foster trust to support client conversion and business growth

• 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law

• Proficient in sales and client conversion techniques

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service

• Strong active listening skills and clear communication

• Technologically savvy and adaptable

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Consistent follow-up abilities

• Comfortable communicating with clients in both Spanish and English

• Availability on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

• English-speaking role
