Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and/or chats from potential clients.

• Perform initial intake interviews and collect necessary information.

• Precisely record client information in the CRM or internal systems.

• Evaluate inquiries and direct cases to the suitable team.

• Follow up with leads to ensure the intake process is completed.

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• Achieve response time and conversion Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist.

• Familiarity with personal injury legal terminology and standard intake processes.

• Competence in using CRM or legal case management software.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in documentation and client information management.

• Capability to handle multiple client inquiries at once in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Dependable high-speed internet and consistent availability to work during US Time Zones.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong dedication to confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical professional standards.

• Proven empathy and professionalism when assisting potential personal injury clients during initial intake discussions.
