This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee new patient referrals and ensure timely start-of-care visits.
• Act as a liaison among specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients.
• Gather information from pharmacies and patients.
• Assign suitable nurses to patients.
• Manage marketplace offers to maintain responsible nurse rates.
• Facilitate patient onboarding to Float Health.
• Verify logistics and schedules for safe and seamless home visits.
• Address restaffing and rescheduling requests.
• Engage in communication with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Handle inbound communications and initiate outbound outreach.
• Collaborate across functions in shared queues and Slack to complete visit documentation and associated tasks.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Continuously learn new processes and technologies.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with specialty pharmacy colleagues.
• Perform pharmacy engagement tasks as necessary.
• Provide feedback aimed at enhancing technology and processes.
• Previous experience in medical scheduling.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms at the same time.
• Capability to manage incoming communications while supporting other responsibilities.
• Proficient typing speed of 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and policies is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Preferred experience in infusion therapy, healthcare intake, or specialty pharmacy.
• Startup experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
• Availability for Sunday–Thursday shifts, typically from 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm PST.
