This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Handle incoming calls and perform case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours daily.
β’ Offer guidance on general policy inquiries and facilitate solutions for less complex cases.
β’ Recognize cases that need escalation and complete the necessary documentation.
β’ Respond to basic inquiries and direct managers to the appropriate Employee Relations Tools or resources as required.
β’ Experience in a Call Center setting, particularly in case intake.
β’ Familiarity with case management systems.
β’ Background in HR / ER.
