This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the complete client intake process during nightshift hours, ensuring effective and smooth communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for new client inquiries received overnight, delivering prompt and professional replies.
• Gather, assess, and meticulously organize client documentation.
• Facilitate service initiation, including scheduling and internal communications during night hours.
• Aid in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, coordinating candidates, and arranging interviews during nightshift hours.
• Assist with the remote onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Keep client and candidate information up to date in systems like Monday.com.
• Monitor and manage workflows related to intake and recruitment to ensure timely follow-ups and completion of processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill staffing and client requirements across various time zones.
• Experience in intake coordination, recruitment, or customer service, ideally within the healthcare or ABA sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for remote and overnight work.
• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a nightshift setting.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or comparable CRM/project management software is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook.
• Customer-focused with a strong dedication to service excellence.
• Flexibility to adapt to a nightshift schedule and work independently across time zones.
• Strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
