This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the client intake process from referral to onboarding.
• Engage in professional communication with families, caregivers, and internal team members.
• Gather, examine, and maintain intake documentation and client records.
• Assist families in navigating the intake process and clarify agency procedures.
• Organize appointments, assessments, and onboarding activities.
• Accurately process payroll in a timely manner.
• Keep payroll records and offer support for payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll and intake documentation.
• Update and maintain records within CentralReach and payroll systems.
• Facilitate administrative operations and workflow management.
• Generate reports, monitor documentation, and uphold organized records.
• Provide assistance with additional administrative, intake, and payroll-related tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is highly preferred.
• Required previous experience in intake coordination, payroll administration, healthcare administration, or administrative support.
• Experience in payroll processing is required.
• Proficiency in using ADP payroll software is essential.
• Familiarity with CentralReach is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Must possess a professional demeanor and articulate communication skills.
• Required strong adaptability and a quick learning ability for new processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy are required.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills are required.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, ABA services, or behavioral health environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup are necessary.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
• Remote work from home.
