Intake Coordinator, Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee outreach to warm inbound leads while managing inbound call queues.

• Proactively manage and prioritize a personal lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate qualification, and steady advancement of prospects through the sales funnel.

• Build rapport with potential clients through professional and empathetic communication.

• Clearly and compliantly present REE Medical’s services and value proposition.

• Conduct precise evaluations of disability severity utilizing REE's tools.

• Address objections effectively while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system.

• Comply with regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate processing of invoices.

• Engage in coaching and training initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside or B2C sales.

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable with phone-based work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Preferred experience in medical, healthcare, or VA-related sales.

• Preferred background in the veteran community.

• Preferred experience in startup or early-stage companies.

• Preferred educational qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
